Four top tips for MSc applications

Masters applicants have the option to choose from two admission deadlines for entry in October 2016. These are Friday 22 January 2016 or Friday 11 March 2016.

Early application is recommended to avoid disappointment.

All applications must be complete before they can be reviewed by the Admissions Panel. Applicants are required to provide 3 references, original transcripts, an up to date CV/resume and a statement of purpose.

Top tips – To avoid delays in the admission process we recommend:

Admission to graduate study at Oxford means that you will be offered a place by the admitting department and by a college.
The directors and several module coordinators of this programme are Fellows at Kellogg College.

Of course submitting your application is just the first step, there is then the admission process to get through before you actually start your course.  One of our new students, Karen Smiley, has written a handy blog on what to expect as you go through the admission process.

Still not sure if the MSc is the right course from you?  Why not read what our students say about the course … they just might sway you in the right direction.

Applications are made online via the University of Oxford Graduate Admissions website but if you have any questions at all please contact us at or call us on +44 (0) 1865 286943.

Remember if you have already taken a short course in Evidence-Based Health Care you may be eligible to bring this into your MSc.  Further details can be found here.
